Day 01: Cairo
(No meals) Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted & assisted by one of Egypt Unexpected tours representatives with formalities through customs & transfer by private mini van to the selected hotel in Cairo. Check-in & Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Cairo
(B) After breakfast, you will meet your Egyptologist guide at the hotel for a full day tour of Cairo. You will discover the pyramids of Giza and the famous Sphinx, Then to the Egyptian Museum, which houses about 250.000 antique pieces including the statues, sarcophagi & the fabulous treasures of Tutankhamun .Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Cairo / Bahariya
(B) Early morning breakfast & check out from your hotel. Then by private mini van to Bahariya which located at 365 Km southwest of Giza. Upon arrival check in at the selected hotel. In the late afternoon by jeep exploring Al Bawiti, the capital of Bahariya, the palm trees provide attractive scenery with contrast to the massive sand dunes, Bahariya is famous for its mineral hot springs, the most famous of all are Bir Al Matar & Bir El Ghaba, enjoying the sunset from the English Mountain .Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Bahariya / White Desert
(B/L/D) After breakfast , By 4x4 jeep to the White desert passing through El Heez area, picnic lunch en route, then El Agabat & the Crystal Mountain, then we drive inside the white desert to find the best place for our camp, we cook together our barbeque dinner while exploring the majesty of the desert. Overnight at camp.
Day 05: White Desert / Farafrah / Dakhla
(B) Enjoying the light Breakfast after the sunrise, then by 4x4 jeep to the main road to take our mini van to drive further to Farafrah about 40 Km from the white desert, upon arrival a visit to the local museum of Badr & exploring the town, then direct to Dakhla to our hotel with a stop to visit Al Qasr Islamic village, old houses & ruins of an Ayubbid mosque. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Dakhla / Kharga
(B) After breakfast , transfer by private mini van to Al Kharga about 190 Km west of Dakhla , passing by Balat village , upon arrival to Kharga, visit one of the main tourist attraction sites dates to the 26th dynasty , Hibis temple which represents several different era. Then a visit to Al Bagawat tombs which dates to the 4th - 6th century A.D. it houses 236 tombs built as small domes in the form of churches. Overnight at the hotel in Kharga.
Day 07: Kharga / Luxor
(B) After breakfast, transfer by private mini van to Luxor, city of the history, upon arrival check in at your hotel, freshening up then depart for visits of the East Bank of Luxor, including the Luxor & Karnak temples. Then relax in your hotel or you can walk through history, ride on a horse-drawn carriage, or explore the city of mysteries. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Luxor / Cairo
(B) Breakfast & check out form your hotel, and then depart for visits of the West Bank of Luxor, including the Colossi of Memnon, Temple of Queen Hatchepsut, Valley of the Queens and the Valley of the Kings. Then you will be escorted to the Luxor railway station to board the 1st class sitting train to Cairo. Overnight on board.
Day 09: Cairo
(No meals) Morning arrival at the Giza train station, where you will be met by your Egypt Unexpected representative for transfer to your hotel in Cairo. Check in & rest of day free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Cairo
(B) After breakfast you will be transferred to Cairo international airport for the final departure (End of Services). |
