Day 01: Cairo / Dahab
Morning transfer by private mini van from Cairo to Dahab, check in & Overnight in the hotel.
Day 02: Aqaba / Petra
Breakfast ,Transfer by private mini van from your hotel in Dahab to the port of Nuweiba to catch the ferry boat to Aqaba, upon your arrival at Aqaba Port, Egypt Unexpected Tours representative will meet and welcome you. After finalizing the visa formalities you will be transferred to Petra, arrive the hotel & Overnight at Petra.
Day 03: Petra
Visit of the ancient Nabataen Capital starts on horseback, followed by a walk through the Siq, a long narrow fissure between two overhanging cliffs. The tour then proceeds to gradually unfold the mysteries of the Red Rose City with its spectacular treasury, Royal Tombs, burial chambers and Side High Places of Sacrifice. Return to Petra hotel and, Overnight.
Day 04: Petra / Kerak / Madaba / Mount Nebo / Dead Sea
Morning Proceed to Kerak through Wadi Mujib, a deep valley holding one of Jordan's most breathtaking views, visit the Kerak castle with its diverse history dated from the Byzantine to the Mamluke period
Then road takes you to visit the Christian Town of Madaba, which Known as the "City of Mosaics" Madaba's churches, public and private buildings are lavishly designed with mosaic drawings. The most famous is the wonderful map of Jordan and Palestine including a plan of Jerusalem in the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George
Then Take a detour to Mount Nebo, the site of the endearing monastery, where Moses is thought to be buried. On a clear day an extraordinary view of the Dead Sea, the Jordan Valley, ancient city of Jericho, Bethlehem and as far as Jerusalem can be seen. Mount Nebo is also famous for its mosaics mainly discovered in 1976, a cluster of monastic buildings around the Basilica Church built in the 6th century and much more, continue to Dead Sea, arrive the hotel & Overnight.
Day 05: Dead Sea / Amman
Enjoy swimming & relaxing till noon and then Proceed to Amman, arrive the hotel & Overnight.
Day 06: Amman / Jerash / Ajloun / Amman
Breakfast & transfer to Jerash, one of the best preserved Roman cities of the world, is on our schedule in the morning. Look at those wonderful ruins, the theater and temples and be fascinated! We will continue to the nearby ruin of the castle of Salahedin - Ajloun, which is situated on a 1250m high mountain. The castle exists since the 12th century and is with its five floors very impressing. Let's return to Amman in the early afternoon to give you the rest of the day free to spend on your own - enjoy the modern streets of Amman or visit the downtown. And overnight in Amman.
Day 07: Amman / Departure
Breakfast, then transfer to Amman Airport for your final departure. |
